A fixed‑fee design starter kit. Ideal for homeowners or design‑build teams who need a creative lead to establish vision and spatial logic.

Projects needing design direction & development prior to permitting.
Typical deliverables
Massing options, floor‑plan studies, key elevations, preliminary material palette.
Feasibility & Strategy Session
A 2‑hour deep‑dive (virtual or on‑site) into site constraints, zoning limits, and high‑level layout ideas. You leave with clear next steps and a rough budget range.

Early‑stage property buyers, ADU considerations, or homeowners deciding between remodel vs rebuild.
